  • I would give 0 stars if possible. Price does not reflect the product NOR the service. We spent A LOT of money for a website that we expected to be well-done. We were opening a new business and the site was not completed on time (they were given PLENTY of time to complete). There was a long list of deficiencies and features they still had not built for the site. Our new business was opening and we had no choice but to launch an unfinished site. Once launched, Blue Fountain refused to finish the site. They wanted us to pay more just to finish the original scope of work. The site was built terribly, it was slow, the backend was a disaster. We paid a local developer a small fraction of the cost from Blue Fountain to rebuild our site from scratch and it was far superior. I contemplated writing a letter to CEO, but given how their managers respond to their customers, I realized it would have been a waste of time. Learn from our mistake, don't use Blue Fountain Media.
  • I payed BFM over 75k and received a product that did not meet the expectations discussed prior to hiring them. In terms of vision, they presented a cookie cutter blueprint that was identical to a competitor which we had previously explained was not the direction we wanted to go. They pushed us to monetize our product by increasing the initial cost to the user which would have drastically decreased our growth (ie. ability to scale) - something most start up founders can attest is a vital aspect of any B2C. The UI mock ups they created were poorly researched and not created to meet our needs. It was obvious that the team was not interested in being creative but rather they were there to produce a website and branding- but nothing more. Their fees are astronomical and in our case, did not include software management beyond the date they completed the site (this is not sustainable for start ups bkuz an MVP changes and is improved upon constantly!) The company owner at the time was Gaberiel and I emailed him with my concerns. He never replied. Apparently, 75k billed to BFM does not get you a viable product or quality customer care :(
  • Great place, great work
