Their CMS is intuitive and works well, their design team is awesome, project management was excellent, and now that we've been a customer for several years I can attest to their reliability as well. Customer service is excellent, I think every issue has been a single day turn around, their billing system excellent and clearly defined for the work completed. I honestly don't have a criticism or complaint. I don't make a lot of good decisions, but choosing paper street to update and host our new website was definitely one of the best decisions I've made.
