Yum Yum went the extra mile to understand our product and hear from our team members to capture our ideas and translate them into a visual narrative. Very statistifed with their team, process, creativity and video produced.

I did quite a bit of research on Video/animation producers and ended up selecting YumYum from five candidates. The decision turned out to be a great one. The entire team that we have worked with has been highly professional, polite, timely, and very innovative. They take your feedback and turn it into magic! They think about items that you don’t think about and ensure that the end product is quality and something that you can be VERY proud of. I truly appreciated how our feedback and ideas were always considered and factored into the end product. At no point did I ever feel that our team was not able to contribute to the overall production process. And because of that, we were able to ensure that the tone, flow, style, and storyline perfectly mapped to our vision. Our entire team has been impressed with the output and fully plan to use YumYum for future productions in moving forward.

Like many of you, I found Yum Yum Videos by searching the web for "Best Animated Explainer Video Company" -- and boy, they did not disappoint. In fact, I went in with VERY high expectations given the price and incredible portfolio that they have, and even still, the final product and professionalism of the team and process BLEW AWAY even my wildest expectations. It's hard for me as a business owner to give the reigns to anyone else, and I was able to trust Yum Yum Videos with my product idea. They handled it with care, provided me very a clear timeline, pricing, and managed my expectations the entire way with a highly collaborative milestone review process and prompt email replies. I literally could not have done anything like this myself, both creatively or from a technical perspective. They are incredibly talented, friendly, personal, and professional. I truly, truly hope I have the opportunity to work with them again someday, but until then, I will continue to sing their praises and recommend them wholeheartedly. This was the first time creating a video for me or our company, HaloCar. My big question was…… How do we transfer what’s in my head to a video? How do we develop it all? How long is it going to take? And most of all, since we are a start-up and on a tight budget, will the cost be worth the valuable money spent? I had viewed their sample videos ahead of the meeting and I was interested, kind of impressed. The first meeting went well. YumYum laid out work to be completed within a timeline. The cost seemed steep, but we liked what we saw and engaged. After the engagement meeting it all unfolded quickly. We went back and forth with the script writing and in short time we’d jointly produced a great script. The script matched what we were trying to relay to our target customer. The scripting took most of my time in this entire process. Once the script was complete, the YumYum team knew what we were trying to convey. YumYum quickly produced the story boards. With the script as the foundation, the illustrations produced by YumYum hit the mark. We had very little to adjust with the story boards. We next picked our colors, characters, and voice talent. This part was a breeze. We were completely happy with the voice talent and hope we can use her voice again. Then YumYum generated the animation. The story boards actually came to life. We made a few more edits and that was it. Here’s the bottom line. Would I use YumYum to produce my next video? Without reservation we will engage with YumYum again. They were professional and have been there after delivery of the video to answer any questions and give us advice. And yes, our leadership team agreed that the cost fit the finished product. Nice job YumYum!
